Bending Performance of Precast Ceramsite-Concrete-Insulated Sandwich Panel with Stainless Steel Shear Connectors

With the continuous improvement of building energy-conservation requirements, both traditional concrete external insulation and internal have been unable to meet energy-saving needs. In order demands in new era, precast external-wall-insulation technology should be developed. this study, a bending static test numerical simulation were carried out evaluate influence thickness inner wythe length plate-type shear connectors on cracking condition, bearing capacity composite degree ceramsite-concrete-insulated sandwich panel (PCCISP) under outside-plane load. The results show that failure modes four panels all ductile flexural members. ultimate PCCISP decreased with decrease wythe. Reducing had no significant capacity. When was reduced by 30%, rigidity increased 8.85% 2.67%, respectively. Increasing connector slightly capacity, but it obvious degree.
